The non-profit Collegeville Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is organizing Collegeville’s First Holiday House Tour on Saturday, Dec. 15th from noon to 4 p.m.  You will be welcomed into ten of Collegeville’s most distinctive homes to see each home’s unique architectural and interior design style.  Your Holiday House Tour invitation includes touring the homes, enjoying the hospitality of the homeowners and the gracious spirit of the season, getting ideas for holiday decorating for your own home, and participating in the House Tour Reception.

At 4 p.m., the House Tour Reception begins at the Appalachian Brewing Company in Collegeville Station.  There you can warm up and are welcomed to enjoy appetizers, meet your neighbors, drink hot cider or mulled wine, and enjoy shopping at our holiday bazaar and participating in our Silent Auction.

Cost of registration for the tour and reception is $25 per person. You can visit the homes in any order between noon and 4 p.m. and join us for the reception.  After you register, in late November you will receive information on all the homes, a map with their locations and a paper bracelet identifying you as a member of the tour.
