Chef Sara Glassman of Vine Dining will find what’s fresh at the local farms and show you how to create a simple and seasonal supper. The evening’s menu will based on what Chef Sara finds fresh at the local farms.

Sara Glassman is a certified Natural Chef who specializes in delicious, plant-based, organic cuisine in the greater-Philadelphia region.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and the Natural Kitchen Cooking School, Sara teaches individuals how to cook nourishing food both individually or through group cooking classes.

By teaching people how to cook, she is pursuing her life’s passion of helping people. She works with a range of individuals from breast cancer patients to people with high cholesterol to healthy individuals learning how to cook. Aside from cooking, Sara has a column in AKWA magazine in which she writes about food for health and fitness. She is always up for a new challenge and excited about sharing her passion of fresh food with you!
