Sacks is a lifelong township resident whose family has a heritage of service to the community.  He has proudly worked with the fire company and ambulance service, when they were strictly volunteer operations.  Sacks is proud that his children have continued the family tradition of community service.

As Supervisor, Terry Sacks will be committed to the core functions of maintaining public safety, supporting emergency services, and keeping township roads in shape.  Passage of new regulations will be a last resort in cases where there is a clear and present problem to solve.

Sacks is in opposition to expanding government in our lives.

Sacks won the Republican primary this summer.  The current supervisor in just six years has converted from a registered Republican to Democrat, to Republican and recently returned to the Democratic party again rather than run against Sacks in that primary.

As a local land owner with a vested interest in the quality of life for Lower Frederick, Sacks believes in helping residents on a face to face level, is an experienced business leader, a proponent of local farming, and is committed to the preservation of precious local open space.
