Philadelphia Ranked as a Top Energy Efficient City

The ACEEE released their power rankings for the top energy efficient cities and Philadelphia made the list! While energy efficiency can be at times overlooked, if you're thinking about selling your home you will want to highlight your green features!

According to the American Council of Energy Efficient Economy, "Energy efficiency may be the cheapest, most abundant, and most underutilized resource for economic and community development."  along with this statement, the ACEEE released their list of the top ranked "green" cities, and the greater Philadelphia area made it in the Top 20, at #10!  Cities were evaluated based on local government operations, buildings, energy and water utilities, transportation, and community.  Philadelphia shined in the ratings due to their Greenworks Plan,  heat and power efficiency energy systems, and the high levels of transportation services available. Congrats Philadelphia!
