poor customer service

I prefer to give my business to local small business owners.  I visited Richard Heist Clocks in Collegeville. Poor customer service, misquoted and repaired clock without notifying me of higher cost to repair, took clock home, hung on wall and after one day, clock didn't work again. Would rather take my losses rather than go back to that shop.
