Free Medicare Seminar at Upper Perkiomen Valley YMCA - Sept. 16

Area residents interested in learning more about recent updates to Medicare are invited to attend a free Medicare and open enrollment seminar on Sept. 16 at Upper Perkiomen Valley YMCA in Pennsburg, Pa. The seminar will begin at 11 a.m. and is free to attendees.

Maria Angelucci, a health insurance representative with faith-based financial services organization Everence Financial Advisors in Souderton, Pa., will speak about Medicare and the upcoming annual open enrollment period. During the program, Maria will review the following topics:

·         what is open enrollment;

·         Medicare options and important changes;

·         what is and is not covered by Medicare;  

·         Part D prescription plan updates; and

·         general questions from attendees.
