LISTEN UP FOR BUSINESS IN THE 21ST CENTURY
(“Listen Up”) is designed to sharpen listening, verbal and non verbal communication tools. The skills covered in the program will help employees at every level get their message across and understood. This is critical in today’s culture with everyone being fast paced and looking to technology to cut corners.
Listen Up is a 21-hour custom program consisting of 7, 3-hour modules. The program will be delivered at a pace of one module per week to maximize learning reinforcement and provide time for readings, application and small group assignments.
This program is an opportunity to evaluate listening skills. There will be a listening test administered to name listening styles. In today’s economy one has to have skills that will set them apart from others. This program will give that tool.
Attendees will learn:
- Understand what it means to listen
- Understand different listening styles and how to adapt to one that is different than your own
- Understand how to communicate using different communication channels
- Understand how to draw a listener in and keep hold interest
- Understand how to give a receive feedback

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Attendees should include those identified as dealing with people either customers or employees in respective organizations, i.e. those in customer service, sales, management / supervisory roles.
$100 per attendee - that is less than $5.00/hour for training
