Fazio Headed to Jail

Bruce Fazio took the deed of woman's Bridgeport home in exchange for lien-encumbered condo deed.

An Upper Providence builder faces at least 15 months in jail after a judge found him guilty of theft, The Times Herald reports.

Prosecutors had alleged that Bruce Fazio swapped the deed of a new condominium in one of his buildings with a Bridgeport woman in exchange for the deed to her house. The woman believed she would own the condominium outright and did not realize it had bank liens on it for unpaid development costs.

"He basically stuck her with this mortgage right at the time she was getting ready to retire," prosecutor Steven Bunn told the paper.

Fazio was acquitted of charges of risking a catastrophe and endangering the welfare of others in connection with the condemned condominium complex he built at 770 Sandy Street in Norristown. He reportedly faces a minimum of 15 to 21 months in prison. Read more .

No different than the the cop who tries to keep people from complaining about morabito bakery who again violated the law and had a delivery today June 29th after 7 pm, so will the rest of the town ignore citizens and kowtow to businesses and contractors destroying the town further with noise, disruptions and other illegal activities. The town won't tell morabito about their illegal deliveries. The ordinance is clear, yet the bakery did another drive by after 10 p.m. on Monday night, June 25, 2012, then another today after 7 p.m. Then they recycle large industrial sized cans into a pickup truck on Saturdays when it wasn't happening before, sometimes at 7 a.m. in the morning. Great job morabito, disturbing the peace of the citizens living near Kohn st. Section 220-4 Noise B. The following acts are declared to be unlawful: Deliveries, unloading, and opening of commercial goods between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday through Friday.
