Trappe, Skippack, Other Companies Help Kick Off EMS Week

PA, Montgomery County officials also attended news conference.

Montgomery County Public Safety training campus hosted a press conference Monday for EMS Week. This year's theme is "Everyday Heroes," according to a Montgomery County Public Safety press release. 

Twenty-two ambulance companies from around the county were in attendance, according to Renne Sullivan of . Fourteen to 14-18 will be there to demonstrate speciality ambulances, our Strike Team and CHIP In program and more, she stated in an e-mail.

Martin Raniowski, of the PA Department of Health, state representatives Tim Briggs, Mike Vereb and Todd Stephens, Montgomery County Commissioner Bruce Castor and Sen. John Rafferty also made appearances at the event.
