Trappe Fire Co. to Collect for Cradles to Crayons on MLK Day of Service

On Jan. 21, the fire company will collect items for disadvantaged children from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

Trappe Fire Co. will serve as a collection point for the Cradles to Crayons during the Martin Luther King Day of Service on Jan. 21, collecting items for disadvantaged children in the greater Philadelphia area.

This is part of a region-wide event, in which many organizations are participating.

Trappe Fire Co. will be collecting new clothing for infants and children  - warm coats, hats, shoes, boots, gloves, newborn baby items, safety equipment, toys, books and school supplies – from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 20 W Fifth Ave in Trappe.

Cradles to Crayons is a year-round program that provides essential items to children in need. For other drop off locations, visit www.cradlestocrayons.com.
