Lower Frederick Dog Park Opens [PHOTOS]

Many local residents, two- and four-legged, took advantage of the new facility Saturday.

The Lower Frederick Dog Park Grand Opening was held Saturday at Cuddy Park on Colonial Road from 10 to noon, and dozens of residents came out, with their dogs, to check out the new facility.

Despite the heat, dogs seemed to get along and have a good time, and they were all treated with a gift bag from Bark Street.

The dog park, which is separated into two fenced-in spaces to separate smaller and larger dogs, is available for residents, free of charge.
