Hurricane Relief Concert to Feature Local Bands

Skippack regular Dr. Ben's Backbone Blues Band will be on hand for the concert, scheduled for Feb. 17 in Fairview Village.

Local musicians, including some Skippack regulars, are coming together to raise money this weekend for hurricane relief through the same non-profit that ran the 12-12-12 Concert at Madison Square Garden.

The event will be held on Feb. 17 at 3:30 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church on Valley Forge Road in Fairview Village, and will raise funds for the Robin Hood Relief Fund, responsible for the 12-12-12 Concert, and Lutheran World Relief.
