It’s Thursday, and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend.

Where/When: 2345 Upper Ridge Road, Perkiomenville; Feb. 7 and every Monday from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Why go: The “Perky Sale” is a giant outdoor flea market, antique sale and auction, featuring tools, furniture, collectibles, fresh produce and new merchandise. Some Mondays draw more than 1,200 dealers, 200 booths and 2,000 customers.

Where/When: Montgomery County Community College, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell; Feb. 9 from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Why go: The Women-Owned Business Network is for women who are and who aspire to be entrepreneurs. The group provides practical information and resources to start, grow or sustain a successful business. The meetings are held on selected Wednesdays. Bring your own meal, or buy one from the college’s snack bar. The meetings begin with networking, followed by a workshop.

Pricing: Annual membership is $20

Where/When: Montgomery County Community College, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell; Feb. 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Why go: The community college invites the public to attend a career fair, featuring up to 20 area businesses and organizations looking to recruit part-time, full-time, temporary and seasonal employment, as well as internships.

Where/When: The Trappe Tavern, 416 W. Main St., Collegeville; Feb. 7 and every Monday, at 8 p.m.

Why go: Head over to the happening Trappe Tavern for a few hands. Come early and enjoy happy hour food and drink specials from 5 to 7.

Where/When: The Trappe Tavern, 416 W. Main St., Collegeville; Feb. 6

Why go: During the big game, the Trappe offers drink and draft specials, with a free buffet at halftime. Enter to in a flat-screen HDTV.
