Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This free Interactive Presentation is geared towards all age groups.
It includes the following:
* Brief introduction to Reiki
* Short Guided Imagery Exercise
*Simple Techniques for detecting and clearing your own energy field
* Free 10 min mini-Reiki sessions

A branch of the Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library, the Perkiomen Valley Library is home to a collection of about 25,000 items. Patrons may request materials from other libraries in the Montgomery County network.
Programs include storytime, book discussions and Science in the Summer.
The auditorium on the lower level can be rented for various private functions.
