Mercer, a male cat with a black back and white belly and legs, is missing in the area, according to his owners.
Mercer went missing at Long Meadow Road in the Walnut Grove neighborhood in Royersford on March 17. He was on medication due to a recent procedure, which left his front fore legs and one rear leg shaved.
