Gallery: Collegeville Halloween Parade

Zombies and vampires and ghosts -- oh my!

The annual Halloween parade marched its way down Main Street in Collegeville on Wednesday night, filling the streets with ghastly ghouls, creepy critters and lost souls.

Patch dove headfirst into the madness and mayhem, snapping up evidence of the paranormal.  Care to see what we were able to gather?  Check out our gallery--if you dare!

While Main St. had their gouls and lost souls. The 40 Days for Life prayer warrior's were praying at Collegeville's Planned Parenthood to end the "Death Culture" and usher in the "Culture of Life" one soul at a time. Smile You Mom Chose Life...

It was nice to be out there with Rita, Minnie Mouse and Sister Mary and to have a chicken be thrown at me, it's having an impact on the public. That this community does not want Planned Parenthood to exist there any longer!!!

I can't believe we missed this parade, and here I thought I needed to travel 1/2 an hour away for a good parade. Teaches me to not research the area. Patch, are their any others in the Norristown, East Norriton, Lansdale area? Or have we missed them? Im always looking for places to take the kiddies. Looked Fun!

Hi, Christine! As Joanne noted, there is a Schwenksville parade this evening. Registration is at 6 p.m. at the Heidelberg Church. There is also a Halloween party at Skippack's 4-H Center on Saturday afternoon.
Check our events calendar and each day's morning update post for more events coming up in the area!

There are also some great Halloween events at Elmwood Park Zoo! And I think Royersford Borough usually sponsors an annual parade on Main Street.

"Hi I'm a religious prick that feels the need to cram my beliefs and thoughts down others throats!!" Seriously stop trying to force your beliefs and religious views on those that believe something different then you!! This counter was founded people trying to get away from it...and yet you feel the need to do it!! My question to you is why?? We aren't doing anything that's getting in the way of your salvation or beliefs. So why do it to others??
