Former Ringers Sports Bar to be Auctioned, Bidding Starts at $50K
The North Gravel Pike building will be auctioned on April 3.
The former Ringers Sports Bar and Night Club property in Lower Frederick will be auctioned off at Alderfer Auction Center on April 3 and bidding starts at $50,000, not including the liquor license.
The four-story, 13,000-square-foot restaurant and bar sits on 2.26 acres at 1005 North Gravel Pike, according to Tranzon Alderfer.
The first floor includes a bar area, dance floor, stage for bands and a capacity for 280 people, and the second flood has bar and restaurant with seating capacity for 120 people.
The third floor features a banquet room with two bars and seating for 100 people, and the fourth floor was formerly used as storage.
An outside back bar is in the rear of the building and has a seating capacity for 80 people.
Rights to the restaurant’s liquor license to the restaurant will be sold separately at the auction.
The auction will occur at 3 p.m. on April 3 at 501 Fairgrounds Road in Hatfield. The inspection will occur March 26 at 2 p.m. For more information, contact Jason Yoder at 267-638-1056.

Speaking of auctions, why hasn't the Patch reported on Tuesday's auctioning of the property and equipment of local landmark Varner Farms outside Collegeville? Sad to see that happen, it was a nice place to go for Christmas trees.

Maybe the owners of Spring Mountain, Ortino's and Moccia's can join forces and run this place? They seem to be the only ones than can successfully run restaurants in this area.
