Drunken Skippack Woman Ran Out on Bar Bill, Police Say
The Parc Bistro patron was allegedly found in the restaurant’s parking lot.
A Skippack woman was charged with public drunkenness and theft of services after allegedly leaving Parc Bistro Restaurant on Feb. 5 without paying her bill, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Linda Marie Ochuida, 44, allegedly left the restaurant without paying at 6:32 p.m., and was found by officers to be “highly intoxicated” in the establishment’s parking lot, according to police.
Ochuida was charged District Court 38-1-24.
Court records indicate that Ochuida, who was listed as living on Gatehouse Lane, was previously charged with DUI in June of 2011.

The bartender should be charged for serving her. She probably needed to go to her car and sleep it off. I think here should be a drink limit to prevent incidents like this from happening. If the law says one drink an hour or whatever it is, bars should be serving customers one drink an hour!

No one forced those drinks down her throat. She needs to be held responsible for HER OWN ACTIONS. Bartenders are not baby sitters. There is no law that states people are only allowed one drink and hour. It is an estimate of intoxication vs time and number of drinks. Everyone is different and it's not the bartender's job to figure that out.
