Five RE/MAX Services-Blue Bell agents were recipients of RE/MAX Pennsylvania and Delaware Region’s Top 25 Sales Associate Team for the month of September. This rating makes RE/MAX Services-Blue Bell the only office in the Southeastern PA region with this many agents in the Top 25.

The Jeff/David Hoffman Team is rated #1 in commercial agents. Re/MAX Services-Blue Bell Commercial Division is managed by the Hoffmans, a third generation of a family with local business roots dating back to 1930. The team provides skilled and personalized commercial real estate services to a limited number of clients in Montgomery County and Bucks County. They maintain direct involvement is every phase of a commercial and industrial real estate transaction.

The Dan McIntosh/Ron Minges Team earned a rating of #17.  Their team offers residential buying and selling services in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties. Dan and Ron’s experience spans over 20 years. Minges has been with REMAX Services-Blue Bell since 1998 and has more than 22 years of real estate experience. McIntosh, a 25-year veteran of the real estate business, has been an associate with REMAX Services-Blue Bell for 12 years.  He specializes in residential transactions in Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties.

Rated # 20 for the month and #25 year-to-date  is the Carol Mallen Team who has worked for REMAX Services-Blue Bell since 1987. With over 30 years of experience, Mallen was the recipient of the 2004 RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club since 2000. Additionally, Mallen has acquired her GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and Senior Specialist designations.

Richard McIlhenny is rated #25.  He has been one of the Top 25 RE/MAX sales associates for the Pennsylvania and Delaware Regions for the first six months of 2012 and for all of 2011. McIlhenny, is a life-long resident of Philadelphia and focuses on the Northwest Philadelphia and Montgomery County areas.
